The hotel is ideally located on the Mall and
can be approached directly by one's own
vehicle. Padmini Nivas is among the oldest
buildings in Mussoorie. Originally named
Rushbrooke Estate, it passed on to the
Maharaja of Rajpipla who gifted this
property to his wife, Maharani Padmini.
