Day 1 - Cochin
Arrival at Cochin Airport &
transfer to Hotel. After lunch you
will be taken for city tour of
Cochin, which includes the Jewish
Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace,
and Chinese Fishing Nets etc.
Combine with a shopping. Overnight
at Hotel.
Kochi (Cochin):
An all time tourist favourite,
Kochi is the commercial capital of
Kerala. It has to offer palaces,
forts, beaches, backwaters, old
churches, snake boat races,
Kathakali, museums and the
convinence of the big city.
Kochi is just about the center of
Kerala. It is basically a
collection of islands and narrow
peninsulas. Ernakulam is the
commercial centre and forms the
main land. It has a fine natural
harbour around which the city has
grown. Kochi is the famous port,
trading between India and the rest
of the world. Attracted by trade
and its liberal laws, many
foreigners have made this their
home.
Day 2 - Thekkady
After breakfast check out from the
hotel & proceed to Thekkady,
following a journey through
spectacular countryside. Check in
to your hotel. Rest of the day at
leisure. Overnight at Hotel in
Thekkady
Day 3 - Thekkady
In the morning you can enjoy a
boat ride in the Periyar lake .
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is
situated on the banks of the
Periyar lake. The pride of Kerala
and a testimony to nature's
splendor and human innovation. -
an artificial lake, at Thekkady.
Here the high ranges of the
Western Ghats are clothed in dense
evergreen, moist deciduous forests
and savannah grasslands. Below
this thick green canopy roam herds
of elephants, sambars, tigers,
gaurs, lion tailed macaques and
Nilgiri langurs. Over night stay
at Thekkady.
Periyar: One of the largest
wildlife reserves in India, the
Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is more
popluar as a tiger reserve. A boat
ride on the splendid Periyar lake
is the best way to experience the
sanctuary.The Periyar Wildlife
Sanctuary is one of the few places
where the chances are pretty high
that you will spot an elephant in
the wild at close quarters and
from the safe confines of a boat.
Not just elephant and tiger, but
if it’s your lucky day, gaur,
masher, otter and other wildlife.
Rest of the day free to relax.

Day 4 - Kumarakom
After breakfast proceed to
Kumarakom, Kumarakom the charming
emerald peninsula jutting into the
ever-effervescent Vembanad Lake
takes you into the heart of the
scenic lake where you'll come
across plenty of traditional
country crafts, boats and canoes.
The fresh water of the lake runs
into the mainland making a
labyrinth of lagoons, brooks,
canals and waterways. The
backwater houses a variety of
species of both fauna and flora.
They are rich with marine life
namely the exclusive 'Kumarakom
Karimeen' (pearl spotted fish),
Konju (tiger prawns), Njandu
(crabs), Chemeen (prawns) and many
more. Overnight at Kumarakom.
Kumarakom:
An unbelievably beautiful paradise
of mangrove forests, emerald green
paddy fields and coconut groves
interspersed with enchanting
waterways and canals adorned with
white lilies. Situated on the
Vembanad Lake, in this small water
world you'll come across plenty of
traditional country crafts, boats
and canoes which will take you
into the heart of the scenic lake.

Day 5 - Varkala
Morning after breakfast proceed to
Varkala, is a seaside tourist
resort and spa. A small town 55km
north of Thiruvananthapuram, it is
also an important religious place
for the Hindus. The Papanasam
Beach at Varkala is a quiet,
secluded beach known for its
white, silvery stretch of sand,
mineral springs and rocky cliffs.
Varkala is also an important
pilgrimage center. The final
resting place of Sree Narayana
Guru, the great social reformer of
Kerala, is near Varkala atop a
hill named Sivagiri. High cliffs
from mineral springs majestically
rise is a scene. Overnight at
Varkala
Varkala :
Varkala is small town in Kerala,
South India. The best times to go,
are of course in the season, when
the beach extends out all around
the cliff face for 500 meters.The
beaches around this area are
excellent and if you're looking
for a good holiday Varkala should
definitely be on your list.
Day 6 - Varkala
The whole day for your leisure,
enjoy the golden sandy beach or
experience an ayurvedic massage
(not included). Over night at
hotel.
Day 7 – Depart Cochin
Morning transfer to Airport for
departure flight/train
DAY 1- COCHIN
Arrival at Kochi & Transfer to
hotel. Go for a half day Kochi
city sightseeing, visiting Jewish
Synagogue, Dutch Palace ,
St.Thomas Church , St.Mary's
cathedral, Chinese Fish Nets and
Bolghaty Palace.
DAY 2 – MUNNAR
After breakfast visit Madupetty
Dam, Echo Point, Gundala Lake, Top
Station, Photo Point, Indo-Swiss
Project, Eravikulam Rajamalai
National Park, Nyamakkad Falls,
Tea Museum, Pothamedu Sunset View,
International Blossom Park etc. In
the evening relax in your hotel.
Overnight at Munnar.
DAY 3 – THEKKADY
After breakfast transfer to
Thekkady 120kms, a 4 hour drive.
On the way visit Signal Point
View, Lockhart Gap View,
Chinnakkanal Falls , Panniar Dam,
Tea Factory, Spice Plantation.
Arrival and transfer to resort.
Afternoon boating in Periyar wild
life sanctuary, plantation tour
and spice market shopping.
Overnight at Thekkady.
DAY 4 –KUMARAKOM
After breakfast transfer to
Kumarakom 120kms 3.5hrs. Check in
at Luxury Houseboat. Cruise
through Vembanadu Lake . Visit
Kumarakom Birds Sanctuary,
Pathiramanal Island , R Block
(where paddy is cultivated below
sea level) C Block and Aleppey
Backwaters.
DAY 5 –KOVALAM
Check out from Aleppey and proceed
to Kovalam 175kms 3 hrs. Visit :
The Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika
Museum, Sri Padmanabha Temple
afernoon relax on the famous
Kovalam Beach. Ovenight stay at
Hotel, Kovalam.
DAY 6 – KOVALAM
After breakfast a day trip to
Kanyakumari. Enroute visit
Suchindram Temple and museum.
Visit Vivekanana Rock, Temple .
Evening return to Kovalam.
DAY 7 – DEPART TRIVANDRUM/COCHIN
Check out from hotel and proceed
to Trivandrum airport. Tour ends.
