A valid Visa and Passport is necessary for
the foreigner travellers to India.
TRAVEL BY TRAINS
Trains, in India are the best way to get
around. Train travel is cheap, reasonably
comfortable, and still fairly safe. Night
trains offer an excellent way of moving
between cities while saving on hotel
costs.
TRAVEL BY TAXI’S
Airports and railway stations have
pre-paid taxi counters operated by the
police. Tourists should avail their
services as the government fixes their
fares. Public buses operating within city
limits could be avoided.
HEALTH CHECK
If you are travelling to India during the
peak summer season, direct exposure to
sunlight should be avoided to minimize
chances of heat strokes. Roadside food
should be avoided as chances of diseases
like jaundice are always present. Indian
food being spicy and oily, large
quantities should never be consumed even
while eating at a good eatery. |
